Door Color Options for the Ugly Duckling

It's been a long day.  I had two options for the front door color - and I was sure one of them would be perfect. But that wasn't the case!  While I like bold door colors, neither of those samples looked right.   After two more trips to Sherwin Williams and lots more samples, I think we have the finalists.

What's your vote?  On the big photo - left or right?  Oh, and the door color needs to coordinate with the flower pots and the lobster buoy house numbers!

    I think the paint in the larger picture coordinates with the buoy best.

    I love both, but think the one on the left panel works best. I'm also in the process of picking colors for our house (doors, body, trim...) and it is difficult and overwhelming! The house looks amazing by the way - can't believe you're nearly done. I'm looking forward to the final reveal! Love your blog - you are a huge inspiration.

      Definately the color on the left. Has more blue and melds well with the house color.

    The one on the left in the bigger picture -- you need that green/teal tone to match the pottery and house number buoys.

    left, left, left! The one on the left has just enough green to help it coordinate with the numbers and planters...and somehow I think it looks better with the siding as well!

    Wow!!! Thanks so much for all the feedback, I really appreciate it! Drumroll please.......the winner is 'Left' with a whopping 94% of the vote from all our Social Media sources. BTW - it's Sherwin Williams Cloudburst.
