We're frantically finishing the last few details, but will have everything done in time for the Open House this Sunday from 11-3. This is a wonderful house and we can't wait to show it off!
The kitchen is amazing. It's truly the heart of the home, located right in the middle of this open concept floor plan. Everything is new - except for the hand hewn, antique beams that we added to the ceiling.

The Master Suite has lots of space and includes a walk in closet and a beautifully appointed master bath.
There are 3 additional bedrooms - 2 on the second floor and another on the first floor
The upstairs hall bath has a double sink and lots of storage space with the large vanity and a separate linen closet.
There is also a family room with sliders to the large backyard, a study/office and an oversized one car garage. I'm only sharing the photos from the rooms that are complete - there will be more to come in the next few days.
If you're local, please stop by, we'd love to meet you!!
Gorgeous! You've done a wonderful job!
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!!!!!! ANOTHER BEAUTY!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice job, you folks are amazing, this will sell fast. Wish I lived there would love to meet you folks. Can't wait to see the rest. Is this the most expensive house on the block? Mary in NY
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Mary! We love how this house came out. And no, it's not the most expensive. There are some really lovely homes on the street!
DeleteThis one is my favorite so far!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great. I have a question. How do you do the curtains? Specifically the ones in the kids bedroom/master bath. Could you do some sort of tutorial? I love the simplistic look, you did it in the previous house as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Stefanie
So funny, at today's Open House, someone asked me the same thing! It's very simple. it's just a rectangle of fabric that I sewed up on 3 sides. Press it, so it looks nice and crisp. And then I staple it to the top of the window trim. They are very quick to do and add some nice color!
DeleteI LOVE the vanity in the hall bath. Oh my gosh, the drama of it!!
ReplyDeleteO. M. G.!!!!!! This is fantastic! Your vision and completion of it are nothing short of amazing!! Wish I were even considering moving to SoPo!! This will sell in record time and then on to the next - or have you already started lol???
ReplyDeleteDenise
Absolutely beautiful! We're planning to move to the area in about 6 months-ish so I hope you don't mind me wishing AGAINST a quick sale :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck - we'll be watching your next project!
very stunning and very fabulous..i love the style of the house..very helpful, i have gained some helpful tips specially my house has not yet finished..thanks for the useful tips..
ReplyDeleteLove the round mirror in the bedroom. Reminds me of a woodworker in New Orleans (Bergeron, I think). Where is yours from? I adore the style and am always on the lookout for unique woodwork.
ReplyDeleteHa ha….I bought the mirror from HomeGoods!!! Sorry, it's not all that exotic. Thanks for reading the blog!
DeleteWow! I need to look closer next time I'm at Home Goods. It's a gorgeous piece (just found your blog tonight and I'm amazed at your work).
DeleteThanks so much for the kind words!!!
DeleteI love the window treatments...how did you hang them?
ReplyDeleteThey are simple rectangles that I sewed up and then stapled the selvage edge to a 'stick' (a leftover 1x1 piece of wood) that was 1" shorter than the rectangle. We screwed the stick into the top of the molding with 2 drywall screws. Very simple, but it adds a great pop of color!
