Finishing Touches - The Duplex

We're in the home stretch!  There are lots and lots of craftsmen working in the duplex these days, as we try to get the last items finished.

The quartz countertops were delivered and installed in both kitchens.  I'm a huge fan of quartz for it's easy maintenance.  It's a big job to get them templated, cut and installed - but so worth it.

And I love the detail on the undercount stainless steel sink.  Doesn't it look fantastic in the Owner's Suite?

 The radiators in the Owner's Unit were a rusty, dirty mess.  So Andy pulled them out, cleaned them up and then spray painted them all with white enamel.  And while they were out, we were able to properly refinish the floors underneath them and paint behind them.  Now they're as good as new!

The final electrical has also been completed.  Don't you love the reproduction antique light buttons - with the mother of pearl inlays?


















And the light fixtures are going in!  I've used this Restoration Hardware fixture before.  Love it!
